We just came back from getting my son's stitches removed and he got a clean bill of health and was very brave. I'm so glad that's over. As soon as it's all healed and the scabs come off, 5-7 days, he can get back into the pool!

     Honestly this quilt was first started sometime in 2005. I think it was in the fall that I bought a couple of yards of the VW fabric and maybe the black and white one. So my sewing frenzy didn't stop after the kids' projects were done. After going to the Art Fair in Fort Worth, I was inspired by all the color. Oddly I was inspired to not make something new but to finish something. This is what I was doing on Earth Day instead of making myself shopping bag.

I still need about 10 hours of sleep a night or I feel extremely tired but I guess I'll be caught up soon from my working all night sleep deprivation job.

I've been cleaning house and it's getting clean. Now I'm depressed because I've been in this house for 5 1/2 years and haven't really done any decorating. The walls are still the same ugly off ( Read more... )

It basically was time to resign and now I'm home cleaning and taking care of the kids and they are happy and so am I.(Bad grammar I know but oh well) I don't know when I'll get another job but I think maybe just a weekend one in about 2 weeks.
