Work was pretty boring, and I still have to go work my normal shift tonight.

My car needs new tires. Buh-bye, tax return. That's what I get for taking my car in for an oil change.

My roommate made some sort of mystery food and the smell is making my headache worse.

( especially when I fill out stuff like this )

Lakeshia and I wandered around Jordan Creek mall for a bit today, after going to 3 different gas stations in the rain to get air in the left rear tire. Sadly, we went to Des Moines to mostly buy food. We had lunch/dinner in the food court, wandered around for awhile, then got ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery. On my way to work, I saw 2 gas stations, both charging more then $3/gallon. I knew I should have put gas in my car yesterday. I think I have just shy of a 1/2 tank, so it won't be too bad, I guess. Anyway, time to get onto MSN Autos and look at gas prices in Des Moines ( Read more... )

I've had a few love/hate relationships (well, maybe only one) but the most extreme love/hate relationship I've ever had is the one with...my car. Oh yes, I'm that freakish about my car. I have no clue why I'm still up. Its almost 6:30 in the morning and I have to work at noon at my "day job," get off at 5pm, then be to Hollywood Video by 6. I was all kinds of wound up today, though.
