I can't believe... six years old!

Brighid lost her first tooth! It had been loose for a day or two, and she tripped, fell and knocked it right out of her head yesterday.

Apparently inflation has affected the Tooth Fairy as well, teeth are now going for a $1.00 each. I remember only getting fifty cents.

Four years ago today you were born. I cannot but think of how you have grown so have I.

At three and a half he pees standing up; I know this because he doesn't close the door. I should be thankful, at least, that he does lift the lid. I suppose this is a milestone, just like crawling, walking and talking, but it seems too grown up to be happening now.

I am getting old.

Brighid started Kindergarten in her new school this Tuesday, and she is loving it. The only person who cried on the first day was her little brother, upset that Brighid wasn't going to be with him that day.
