Well, I've been here in Glasgow for almost a month now.  And in the spirit of trying new things, I've decided to:

• Take up yoga.  I found a great series of vids on Youtube called Yogatic, and I've already tried some of the exercises on the ab video.  Easy to follow, straightforward instructions.  I love it.

Amanda Palmer is going to be performing at King Tut's in Glasgow on Oct 2nd.  My life rocks.  Here's hoping I can find people to go with me.  Amanda's best experienced in groups.

I went with a bunch of work friends to see Kung Fu Panda yesterday.  I haven't laughed that much at a movie in ages.  It's a keeper for sure.

Did anyone else catch the Tony Awards last night?  Man, I want to go to New York so badly.  For the first time ever, all I want to see are the revivals.  I would kill to see South Pacific, Gypsy, and/or Boeing ( Read more... )

Finally got my passport yesterday!  The visa pages are all shiny and new and waiting to be filled with wonderful stamps from various European countries.  Picture me beyond excited!
