I’m back from Greece after a fantastic week in the sun! I had my usual utter fear of flying, but with the help of a calming tablet and learning to do Killer Sudoku I made it through the flight and landed in Thessaloniki. The night out with my work friends was interesting. They're lovely people, but I do think that the only thing I had in common with them was that we worked together.

I love The Old Horse pub. It's so gaudy and crammed with stuff. Each time I go there I feel there's always something new to look at. They have a hearse outside and a coffin inside as a table.
