The turkey's in the oven, we have a ham, two crayfish and king prawns in the fridge, the potato salad's made...seems like Christmas Eve to me!

I finally got around to putting up my Christmas decorations today.  I'm always rather tardy with this task, but it's done now!

Our Christmas tree does look a little lacking, but it's getting on a bit now - we've had it since our elder son was a small child - he's 26 now!   I don't see any point in buying a new one now that the boys have left home ( Read more... )
