Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

We had a great day spent with friends and family and devouring a deep fried turkey (everything is good deep fried) and lots of good trimmings. :)

Okay, so I still have a cough. I'm on the "strong stuff" I've gotten nothing done for Thanksgiving (which is two days away). I have a million things to do around here. I'm off for 11 days starting tomorrow at 4:00 (HALLELUJAH!). Holiday, vacation, two weekends, and my last unpaid week off. I plan on getting lots done ( Read more... )

Today has been an absolute waste of a day. I had a million things to do tonite and we didn't get home until almost 8:00. Its 10:30 and I still have to make stuff for my Tastefully Simple party tomorrow, but I have to wait for the kitchen floor to dry (don't ask, it was easier this way). I like what someone on one of the communities I followed suggested.  This is NaNoWriMo and  that they will post a blog entry every day since they aren't much of a writer.  I like that.  I haven't posted much lately and need to get back into the habit since it seems like so much goes on in our lives ( Read more... )
