Okay, here's a sum up.. yesterday at work my glasses broke on me.  The place where the top of the left frame connects to the nose piece came off, and thus, my left lens had nothing to hold it in place.  So, I got permission to leave early and drove over to Marion Eye Center where I had gotten this (and my previous pair) of glasses.

So, this has been an interesting day.  Started out waking up this morning feeling depressed and tired.  Lounged around in bed for awhile.  Finally got up, had some lunch, and made plans for today.

Damn, I don't know what the heck is going on, but it kind of hurts my eyes to look at the computer screen right now.  Reminds of when years back before I had cornia transplants (I had a condition called keratoconis, which makes it hard to see clearly), anyway, with that condition my eyes were, among other things, sensitive to light, and especially ( Read more... )

Ahh dammit to hell!  At work today my glasses broke while I was cleaning them.  One of the frames (left side) broke, and now the lense is out.  I tell ya, I don't care what they say, the thin wire frame titanium frames are NOT as sturdy as the older, larger ones!  Yeah, maybe the titanium is good, but they rely to heavily on these damn small welds.
