Okay, here's a sum up.. yesterday at work my glasses broke on me.  The place where the top of the left frame connects to the nose piece came off, and thus, my left lens had nothing to hold it in place.  So, I got permission to leave early and drove over to Marion Eye Center where I had gotten this (and my previous pair) of glasses.

Okay, I'm at the Mass Media building, got about twenty minutes before class starts, so I thought I'd update this a bit.

Okay, get this, Jim comes home and guess what?  The freaking car starts right up for him!  So, on top of everything I know look like a idiot.

Still, I KNOW I didn't used to have this problem with the car. I mean, I've had this car for nearly two years now, and don't recall having trouble starting it just because the weather was cold...

Ended up not going to the Student Center (or the Health Center) today.  I got a call this morning reminding me about my eye appointment (needed to get new glasses, as my perscription is a bit lagging), and I told her i'd have to cancel, as I work tomorrow.  She said there was an appointment cancelled today that afternoon, so I went there instead.  ( Read more... )

Ahh dammit to hell!  At work today my glasses broke while I was cleaning them.  One of the frames (left side) broke, and now the lense is out.  I tell ya, I don't care what they say, the thin wire frame titanium frames are NOT as sturdy as the older, larger ones!  Yeah, maybe the titanium is good, but they rely to heavily on these damn small welds.
