Due to everything that's going on, I decided to hold off on doing a major workout program like Chalene Extreme until the new year. I'll keep things ligh through the remainder of this one.
Lately I've only been working out 3 days a week and only doing the "Sculp" (weight lifting) portion of the Power 90 program. I decided I'll return to a full 5-6 days a week of working out and include the cardio portion into the mix for duration of a month.
I decided this given that I've been yo-yoing back and forth between 184.6 and 187.9 for the last few week. Guess it doesn't help that I've been doing a few AYCE and some Happy Hour visits. Ha!
Either way, I'll do a month of full work out weeks and then take a break the remainder of the year. By break I mean doing simple work out training like push ups, sit ups, and pull ups 3 days a week and perhaps do a mile run now and then.
