So this last week officially completed Month 1 of the Insanity program. This week will be the "recovery week" of some sort as all I will be doing every day is the "Core Cardio & Balance" DVD. After this week, I will begin Month 2.
So this last week I ended up skipping two days. Thursday because I was not feeling well and Saturday because I had to help with a birthday party. Plus on Saturday morning I had a work related meeting so that had me up at 5am (after not being able to go to bed until after Midnight).
I have no idea what my weight is as of Sunday due to the digital scale being removed from the downstairs bathroom (due to the birthday party). I weighed myself Friday evening (anticipating the party). At that time I weighed 193.8lbs. I know I ate a fair bit and drank a little as well so I'm guesstimating my weight to be around 196/197 again.
Either way, I'm not worried. I also took a moment to see what Month 2 of the program is going to look like. This was my general reaction to it: O.O
Lot more involved and longer sessions. However, I'm in this and I'm going to see through it. I figure I'll be sore again at some point I welcome the extra exercise. I'm still working towards my goal weight of 185lbs. I believe Month 2 will see that goal accomplished.

Looks like things are still going well, diet wise. I managed to weigh myself this morning and found I'm 193.5lbs. So even though I had a lot of tacos, some alcohol, cookies, etc. on Saturday, I've somehow managed to stay on track.
