I finally emailed lush uk to ask about the status of my order. I was told it was lost in transit!!! Has this happened to any of you? Instead of the 2 500g snow fairy's, I'll be receiving 10 100g bottles. Totally sucks, had to vent. :(

My uk order was dispatched on the 28th and I still haven't received it. Does it usually take that long? Did the holidays delay the shipping?

Has anyone found orders from Lush UK taking longer than usual for delivery? I placed an order on Feb.23rd and it was shipped a couple days afterward. I'm in Canada, and in the past my UK orders often arrive as quickly a my Canadian orders, if not faster. I placed two different orders with Lush UK on December 27th...I live in the USA. I haven't received either package in the mail yet. I've never ever had it take this long to get my orders, and I ALWAYS order from Lush UK... Should I be concerned??

I posted earlier about how Lush almost sent my forum package to France. Luckily they emailed me the next day to confirm the correct address in the United States.
