I am so frustrated with Lush! First they shut down the website, then they end the sale early, now they're trying to send my damn Forum party order to France instead of the states.
This is after the obligatory "We're out of the things you REALLY wanted" email after making the initial order over the phone.
This morning I found an email proclaiming that I had been undercharged postage to France and would I accept additional charges. I emailed the team member back to tell her I AM NOT IN FRANCE and the email bounced back saying, "I am not in the office, please email orders@lush.uk" So I wonder if anyone would have even gotten the message.
Sent an email to the usual address and I'm anxiously awaiting response.
Usually I have no qualms with Lush and they can usually resolve any little thing that goes wrong with orders but this is getting ridiculous.
