Calling Lush UK from US?
So, I had posted a while back about my Lush UK packages taking forever, and not getting here. Well, I decided to get a refund. The Customer Service rep from Lush that I've been e-mailing back and forth with said to call them and exchange my card details over the phone with them so they can process the refund (I had to get a new card after the hacking, of course), But I can't even make a phone call overseas....?!
I just tried to, and it's apparently "not allowed from this line"... Excuse me for sounding dumb, but I've literally never had to make a phone call out of the US. Help? Do I need to go out and get a calling card just to call Lush to get my money back? I'm completely clueless.
Unfortunately, everything that's gone on has made me not want to buy from Lush UK again. And not having Lush UK for their lower prices, means I might be taking a break from Lush in general for a while.
