So, Monday night after the museum closed, my supervisor/good friend Beth and I went out to have dinner and see the new Narnia movie.  Here are my thoughts, after much discussion and analysis with Beth after the fact (for she too is a C.S. Lewis nerd and a Narnia lover):

My GOD... These last two days have been insane.  In the best way possible of course, but still crazy.

So, last night, Sabrina and I drove into N VA, and took the metro into downtown DC.  We went because the Kaiser Chiefs were the opening band for Green Day (and the Kaiser Chiefs is one of our favourite brit bands, and a favourite of ours in general).

Okay, so I saw Coldplay in concert last night for the first time ever.  And in case you missed that I SAW COLDPLAY IN CONCERT LAST NIGHT AND THEY WERE AMAZING AND WONDERFUL AND ALL THINGS AWESOME!!!!  For one thing, they played for two hours (which made the 34 bucks I paid for it worth it), and they are COMPLETE AND TOTAL DORKS.  I seriously think ( Read more... )
