It's with profound sadness that we have to inform you that Mick finally lost his battle with cancer and passed away peacefully at 4.30pm today, 4th January 2011 at home in Chelsea, London. He was surrounded by his family and friends and will be deeply missed by all.

I am concerned I had to walk half the way home t'other night because one of the roads near me was blocked off by the police and the bus couldn't get through Normally means that there's been a murder but we haven't heard anything yet...

I was trying to figure out why I don't like Titanic last night, I was watcing it and I think it's the dialogue, I mean the acting is awful but I think it's a consequence of the dialogue being so unnatural - who talks like that. I got all my Japan (the band) stuff from Amazon...last thing that came this morning was a collection of their vids on DVD...I love David Sylvian in all his girlish incarnations, so nice to watch them away from the stutter of YouTube...even though they are chrismouse presents and I shouldn't be watching them at all...
