I was trying to figure out why I don't like Titanic last night, I was watcing it and I think it's the dialogue, I mean the acting is awful but I think it's a consequence of the dialogue being so unnatural - who talks like that. My brother has a list of Cal phrase that he finds hilarious because they are so fucking over the top and unecessarily melodramatic :"You can be blase aout some things Rose, but not about Titanic!!" - lol, when have you ever used the word blase ---hands up if it's never --
Another thing is has anyone else noticed that the film is contradicting itself almost constantly - So one minute Rose is this restricted, vigourously controlled mite watched everywhere she goes and then literally the next minute she is free enough to go sloping it off below decks to tramp the light fantastic with DiCaprio ----wait am I sposed to believe that?? Gah???
Rose is such a self obsessed character and I don't have sympathy for her at all...and Leonardo DiCaprio looks like he is about 12 and really frail next to Kate and their chemistry seems so nonexistent and brah....enough already - I used to adore the film...

So I can listen to the free previews on allofmp3.com using my brothers account and I have been doing it far too much recently and there is another song I have connected with that I forgot the appeal of Anytime by Brian McKnight, I only wish I could buy it, still listening to it's just as cool.
Gonna listen to all of Le Sylvian's albuums via this means...He has made so many...it's a task...I am also gonna listen to Vauxhall and I by Morrissey because it's the only album of his I haven't heard so yeah....fun for me as Roison Murphy might say.
I finally saw the Lion King last night (would you believe I had never seen it) and the Devil Wears Prada both of which were none too bad - although the uuugly clothes in the Devil fillum did make me snort my orange juice a little - if that is fashion then I am glad I just skulk around in my Smiths Queen is Dead T-shirt all the damn day...
