So I have wanted to update, but it has been crazy.

• Clara had her first birthday last Saturday. We had a visit from her grandmother, uncle Allen and his girlfriend Jill. She got lots of gift from the family and friends who could not make it to the party. Of course she looked cute eating her first cake.

First thing, I am still alive. I have not updated over a week because I still do not have internet at home. I just cannot see paying for service when I have not paid all of the rent yet. I am getting rather behind. With losing my job to layoffs again, I cannot see us catching up until we get our tax returns next year ( Read more... )

Clara Margaret Ano was born at 6:17am eastern time on 1/23/09 at University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. She is a healthy baby at 6-pounds 15-ounces. Mommy and baby are doing just fine. Photos to come when I find the cord to the digital camera.
