Finally, after all sorts of paperwork pitfalls and other delays (see below), I was granted my Indefinite Leave to Remain by British Immigration yestreday. I have finally managed to clear that last immigration hurdle, and have now become a "settled immigrant" in the United Kingdom ( Read more... )
