The library art opening went quite well. Heather said we had 72 people come through, which for a tiny art opening at the library on a Friday evening is a number I find quite impressive. Last night was the La Di Da art show in Ybor and I'd say it was quite successful. Not monetarily, mind you; I sold no paintings, but DID sell a few cards and a couple of little pen drawings, so not a total wash. But it was quite profitable in feedback and general ego boosting. I'm doing another group art show this weekend up in Ybor City. It's with Square One, the same group I showed with last year at this time. The show is La Di Da, and the theme is circus fantasy land type stuff. They're going to have fortune tellers and candy counters and things like that, as well as funky art...like mine!
