My birthday falls on a Tuesday so I'm celebrating my 26th year of existence a bit early, on Saturday October 8th. Yesterday Zane and I decided to go to the Bronx Zoo, the biggest and most awesome zoo within the five boros. We packed two sandwiches for each of us and made them with frozen bread so by the time we ate them, they would be the perfect temperature. Today was Ari and Jen's baby shower at someplace in Brooklyn, not their house, but a friend's I suppose. I brought chocolate meringue cookies and my giant present (that baby gym thing that plays Mozart and a pack of 12 cloth diapers).
