Yep, the query is back again. I'm calling it version 3, though really it's more like 3.49785. It's definitely better; the question is, is it better enough? ( You tell me. )

I'm working on writing an after-the-fact outline for the novel. This was suggested to me as a way to get a grip on what needs to go in the synopsis: for each scene, note what happens and whether it pertains to the "relationship plot" or the "action plot".
