I have found the perfect diet, I think.
Step 1: get job waiting tables
Step 2: Work for 12+ hours a day, several days a week, never having time to eat
Step 3: Watch pounds melt off
Step 4: Repeat as neccessary.
Seriously, I have never been this thin in my life.
