I've been doing a lot of mostly birthday and holiday type stuff with friends lately that I want to write down, just haven't taken the opportunity to do so yet.

The scientific community is all excited over the discovery that planet Gleise 581 c may be habitable.

But maybe I've read too much bad sci-fi, because "five times the size of earth and next to a red dwarf" to me means it's more likely that they're headed this way to escape, and will be enormously strong in comparison to us.

BOSS: We've got 19 provisionals to file on these prototypes that will be shown at toy fair in two weeks. I want as many filed today as possible. Here's the list, please take as many as you can handle.

TIM: Oh hellz yeah.

1) Robots are cool.

2) Legos are cool.

3) Rubik's cubes are cool.

But a Lego robot that solves Rubik's cubes? That's almost too much cool for one thing to be, and yet, it is. THAT COOL.

My new hero, a guy named JP Brown, made this trifecta of coolness.
