Hi everyone. I have been thinking about a tattoo from the poem "Oread" by H.D., specifically the first line. It ends in an em dash, and I'm trying to decide whether or not to leave the dash in. I like the unfinished sense of it, but it might look weird, I'm not sure.

i've posted here once before when i shared my samuel beckett tattoo ("i can't go on, i'll go on" on my collarbone), & i also shared an idea i had about sleeves that are a quilt of different literary quotes. the sleeves are being designed as my little fingers peck away at this keyboard, but while that's being carefully plotted out, i've got an idea

Hello all! I posted waaaaay back in April about a possible Neruda poem tattoo. And finally, a million years later, I finally had the money and the dedication and the concrete idea of what I wanted. And I was on vacation with a wonderful friend and it was the day after my birthday, and there was no time like the present!
I want to get a tattoo in honor of my grandfather who passed away some years back. . . I've rolled this around in my head for ages because I didn't want to get just anything, i've thought about many different quotes and even to have his portrait tattooed on my shoulder blade... but that would be, I think, a bit over the top and if I wanted a
