So, okay. Things. In the past month:

- Our house was broken into. The police came and took statements and looked around, but there was nothing to print (apparently the real world is not CSI, who knew?), and I don't expect to hear back from them about the theft. The Frog is in the ER right now, and he's likely to be admitted once they get a bed for him. They can't be sure until they get the chest X-ray back, but they think he may have pneumonia. He's coughing his little lungs out, the little red light thing that they stick on his finger (someone tell me what that is?) is spending most of its time giving a ( Read more... )

Before I even get going, I'm jumping to the end. Everything is (almost certainly) fine, and no one is spending the night at the hospital. We are home, we are sleeping, we are much, MUCH better than we were just under 24 hours ago.

( That said, we spent most of the day at the hospital with the Frog. )
