It's occurred to me over the last few days that I have been living a lie  of sorts. I haven't been feeling very much like posting to my journal lately, though I have been reading to keep up with all my lovelies. ( Just some not-so-random bits to let everyone know I'm still alive... )

After a long week of extra-long days at work, I didn't really feel much like cooking last night, so daddysir and I went to a local restaurant, hoping we could find some SBD Phase 1 legal stuff on the menu. After nearly two weeks of feeling like crap, I'm finally starting to feel better. Sort of. The congestion is mostly gone and I have a bit more energy. All that is thanks to the antibiotics, which (of course) take their own toll on my digestive system. I went shopping locally last night, hit six stores and found nothing like the bed I want. I want a platform bed (full size) with a low profile and a reasonably low headboard.
