Yes, some studies show that road salt when applied excessively can have negative impacts on groundwater, soil, and vegetation. We’ve been recovering from upper respiratory infections, so excerise has been difficult lately. I just brought Toots home from the vet & she's doing amazingly well. She had one tooth extracted, but the rest cleaned up nicely, and her breath is fresh & sweet. She's not so much wobbly as a little drunk from the anesthesia, so her determination to go everywhere in the house and re-mark all her territories is particularly amusing ( Read more... )
