The first day was, overall, a very good day. I managed to hit 10k before the end of the night. I hope day two (today) will be just as well but since it's my niece's birthday, I can't guarantee it.

I'm pretty excited about this Camp NaNoWriMo. I'm hoping that it's going to push my muse to do something. Writing is pretty dry right now but I have a whole novel planned out (sort of). I'm glad I have the first of the July off. Now I'm off to run some errands.

I'm lowering my goal to 100k this year. I might have to find a second job so my sister and I have enough money. That also means I might have to wait another year before I move to Portland. I had an appointment with the doctor today. I don't have a tumor (I didn't even know we were looking for one) so that's good. She switched my medicine to a generic brand because my insurance won't cover it. It will be cheaper in the long run so that makes me happy.
