Unborn in the USA: Inside the War on Abortion, from earlier this year. I just watched it streaming live on Netflix, and it was excellent. It was mostly told from the viewpoint of the extreme pro-life/anti-abortionists, particularly all those groups that showcase those huge blown-up pictures of aborted fetuses.
