Yes, it's that time once again, my dear friends.  It's election year.

Now is the time when people are deciding (or have already decided) which candidates they intend to vote for.  Most people, in my opinion, are probably going to let the TV ads influence them, something that is the norm anymore and relatively acceptable.  It's just how it is.

A few years ago, I lost a friend.  Or at least, he was someone I believed to be a friend.  He was a flirty kind of fellow, a year or two older than myself, and seemed to be an all around good guy to talk with.  I lost contact with this person around three years ago, and I really don't miss him.
