Today was a decent day.. except I feel like I wasted so much time. Last night, I spent lots of time trying to understand this paper for class because we had a quiz on it. My PI (Principle Investigator) took us (all, 2 of us) out to lunch yesterday as a holiday celebration. It was nice, except some of the veggies and meats weren't very fresh. Luckily, there were enough fresh tasting dishes that I still left very full.. with leftovers to boot. So, I now have enough food to not have to cook for a couple days.. ( Read more... )

why am I so cold already? it CAN'T be winter yet, can it? Must bulk up on warm clothes.

School: just turned in a take-home mt this morning... after talking to classmates, am seriously doubting my decision to catch up on sleep this week (aka. less time spent on the mt). Oh well... hopefully I didn't do too horribly.
