My boring life

Did you know that I have three sets of pink flowered pajamas, AND a pink flowered bathrobe? I am quite fascinated by this.

Loocha went to the prom with Jill last night, despite having missed school every day of this past week. But that's ok, because she went to the music and academic awards ceremonies. She got seven awards per night, including the director's award (the you-spend-way-too-much-time-in-the-music-wing award), as well as some scholarships, which means she won't have to take out loans. She's going to orientation tomorrow.

Jenina took her biology SAT II today. Highly exciting. Liz came back from Amherst, and my brother has a karate tournament tomorrow. He got a purple stripe the other day. He was a very happy camper. John can apparently do a hundred pushups in a row now. I tried that today. I did three and decided to stop.

Since Chris was at the prom, Jean and John and I decided to have our own prom. Jeannie and I wore my prom dresses (she doesn't have any of her own), and put our hair up and made corsages out of irises, and made hors d'oeuvres, and danced to GOOD music. Well, some of it was good. Barenaked Ladies and Raging Waters for me, N SYNC and Savage Garden for Jean, and Britney Spears for John. Ya gotta compromise. Mom took pictures. Dad ate the food we made and went to bed. He told Jean and I that we looked beautiful. Dad's never said that before, he usually just says we look nice. I was very happy.

I am tired of working already. I think it is because I don't eat when I am there, and I am usually there for six hours or more. But I don't think I show my bad mood till I get home. Then I just have some yogurt and fall asleep on the couch.

I know, I know. My life is really boring. Forgive me for not entertaining you. Here. I'll make something up.

So I was on my way home from work in my new Ferrari, when I saw a crowd of people with purple mohawks congregating outside the Dunkin Donuts on Route 20. So I pulled over and got out, and what did Isee but a band of juggling zebras? Well, naturally I wanted to take a picture, but I didn't have a camera, so I drove on down to CVS to get one of those disposable cameras, but when I got there, I saw my ex-boyfriend standing in the parking lot with Hillary Clinton, trying to tell her what kind of computer she should buy, so I hastily parked my car and dashed over to tell Hillary not to listen; Anthony only pretends to know what he's talking about. In my rush, though, I left the window down and the keys in the ignition, so of COURSE a monkey came along and drove off in my Ferrari. Well, I never got a chance to talk to the mayor of New York because I was chasing the car down the street. That monkey was too fast for me though, and I had to stop at Gino's old house, which turned out to be Kristi Yamaguchi's new home, to call the police. As soon as I hung up, Kristi told me she had to go to California right away, so I didn't get to ask for her autograph. So I waited outside for the police, who for some reason didn't believe my story. But the policeman was really hot, and I have a date with him next Saturday night.

Okay? Okay.
