Watched "Bon Cop Bad Cop" and "Little Miss Sunshine" on the weekend. Both were kickass as promised by friends. Work is going alright, too many people hauling me in too many directions today. The snow faerie is working overtime in Campbellton. She's been shitting on us since Friday night! Colin says it's my fault because I wanted snow so I could sell more boots. *shrug* As long as we don't get stuck here this weekend or for Christmas. So last night we got to work and there was a note for me to take all of the winter boots off the front ends of the shelves and put out slippers everywhere.  They said there's no snow and no forecast of snow but it's cold so people want to buy slippers, not boots.  So I worked all night making changes doing my regular work and then in the morning ( Read more... )

My sister and her husband left on Monday, October 30th for Alberta in their old Lumina.  As of Nov 3rd he started training for a job in oil in Lloydminster and on Nov 5th she was hired as a cashier at a gas station in Provost.  They're renting a room in a house owned by a man and woman who have several businesses.
