The move went alright. The truck was bigger than the one we had ordered, it also had shitty brakes so we stopped in Miramichi on Saturday night and called uHaul and got them to send a mechanic. My sister and her husband left on Monday, October 30th for Alberta in their old Lumina.  As of Nov 3rd he started training for a job in oil in Lloydminster and on Nov 5th she was hired as a cashier at a gas station in Provost.  They're renting a room in a house owned by a man and woman who have several businesses.
