It has been a very gaming-y weekend. bobbler had invited folks over on Friday "to play with [his] Wii", which invitation was of course worded to sound as dirty as possible. So, yesterday was a good day. I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest with sabrielrose, calhin, Jeremy, Melzer, and Carol. It was very shiny, and Davey Jones is tentacular (and vaugely Cthulhu-esque). This movie seemed much creepier (and more intense) than the last one was. Also, soundtrack = squee. So I've been playing Xenogears for about the last twelve hours. Just finished the train-jumping thing. Anybody know how close I am to the end of disc 1 at this point? (I'm talking game hours, don't you dare spoil plot events for me!)

1. Gone to bed at 12:30 and slept until 10:30, then lazed in bed until 12.
