Hurray for leftover Thanksgiving food!  I'm having yummy ham, cranberry sauce, and Jell-O salad mold (lime Jell-O, cream cheese, and pineapple.  Oh, so good.)

Today I helped a very nice old gentleman who had forgotten his password, and he thanked me, and asked to speak to my supervisor. I went and got Teri, and stayed on the line.
