"Meet Virginia." It was one of those songs that got overrated and overplayed too quickly and subsequently, underrated. But look up the lyrics, it's just a nice little song. Plus, the singer pronounces "Virginia" in kind of a southern way that makes me giggle ( Read more... )

Now, there's a fantasy book-to-movie adaptation I've been looking forward to for a long time. Did anyone watch the ones on PBS? Because I did. I'm pumped.

I think I had a dream that I went to Pirates last night. Except it was in the Black Box and weird. And it looked nothing like the Black Box.

In real life, I hope it went well.

I saw Sideways last night with Molly, which I loved, and then just want all over campus seeing random people and doing random things. It was quite the Grinnell evening.

Jennie got me Garden State on DVD! We saw it in Iowa City together in September, which was the first time we'd left Grinnell since August, and needless to say, the first movie we'd saw in a real theater since we got here.
