I'm wacthing it right now, biatches. You know you're jealous.
It's the scene where Scarlett's in mourning and acting like a huge lush and sobbing and hiccuping. Rhett comes to comfort her, the first time he acts genuinely compassionate towards her, offers her a hanky and finally asks her to marry him. It's definitely my favorite scene in the movie, and possibly ever. I love the characters, I love the actors, I love the set of her drawing room, I love her tears, I love the kiss, I love their smiles, I love how each of them acts like they don't care about each other when it's so obvious that they do.
One more thought: Rhett Butler was a man who took care of things.
I just love this movie.
So there.
