Prison Break
LJ. Impulsive and foolish. Sure, I can understand his frustration and he is right about Veronica and Nick being unable to do much about Lincoln's predicament, given how high up this thing goes, but what was he thinking? He was just planning on going to Kellerman/O. Kravecki's place and committing murder? Good plan, kid.
O. Kravecki the buffalo jerky salesman. Hardy har har.
I figured that Michael's little breakdown in the SHU was, (at least to a certain extent), faked. The only reason I wasn't entirely sure was because I thought that Dr. Sara might have been able to tell the difference. Stellar performance, Michael. Too bad Haywire doesn't seem to remember you. Did the drawings of the tattoo that Haywire made get destroyed? Can't remember if they did or not.
Really, really loved the Lincoln talking to Michael through the drainpipe scenes. I was surprised at how calm Lincoln appeared in comparison to his brother. It makes sense, though, for Linc to instinctively set everything else aside and look to Michael. (As a sorta kinda side note: I could barely watch that scene in which Michael punched the wall over and over and over again. That's real commitment, I'm telling you.)
Did that guard leave Dr. Sara alone with "non-responsive" Michael? ...Eh? She is so concerned about him. Poor thing.
Bellick sniffing the underwear? EW. Fucking ew. Can we not go there? I don't know what to say about T-Bag and Miss Thang. Interesting plot device, writers! Girlfriend was wearing the wrong shade of lipstick for her skin tone though, I will say that much.
C-Note's story frustrates me SO MUCH. Why didn't/doesn't he just tell his wife the truth? She's going to find out sooner or later. If/when he gets out, is he just going to live with that lie for as long as he can?
Poor Tweener. Oh, he's such a punk, but that Avocado dude sure is one big, hairy something-or-other.
(Aside: Michael is growing his hair out. I like.)
24
RIP Bank Manager Man. I kinda had the feeling you were not long for this world.
Audrey stopped to get gas somewhere. Lollerskates. But, but, this is magical 24-land where the cars re-fuel themselves! (Hey, do we really think Chloe was using the washroom when Miles found her? How weird would that be.) Anyway, Audrey should have picked up a PowerBar or two while she was at the station.
I felt terrible for little Amy. Running to the washroom to wash her mother's blood off her hands. That poor kid. And then Evelyn goes to comfort her and she falls and smacks her head on the table/wall. Oi vey. How long are these two going to last now? I'm very concerned for their safety.
Ms. Homeland Security, otherwise known as Karen, is suspicious of Logan's order to have Jack arrested. Good for her. Miles continues to be slime-tastic. Laughed my butt off at the look Chloe gave him when he asked her what she was doing after she'd emerged from the ladies' room.
Clearly Logan is going down, down, down. He and Henderson are so horribly inept (for the most part) that it's almost laughable. The "let's wait outside the bank for Jack, Wayne, and Carl to come on strolling out, all conspicuous-like" plan was quite obviously the work of a tactical genius. I also loved the, "Please arrest Jack Bauer for his involvement in the assassination of David Palmer. There's some new evidence that has come to light. I can't tell you what it is, but you can be rest assured that it's damn incriminating!" bit. Because, hey, that's not suspicious at all. (Yes, he's the President, but I mean, come on. The man is not a good liar. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks that. I don't know.)
The Apprentice
I sometimes wonder if the show is for real. Watching the two teams totally fumble through tonight's task was a laugh and a half. Sean is smarmy but he was right about Michael being a wanker. They're just fucking paint colours, man! Make a decision!
I felt a little bad for Lenny, but he totally deserved to go. He was just so out of his element, it seemed to me. Lee was a sweetheart for trying to help him, trying to coach him as to what to say in the boardroom. (Henceforth I shall only refer to Lee as The Pretty Politician (TPP). The guy knows what to say to please Trump, and he knows that Trump values loyalty. Work it, Lee. I'm rooting for you.)
Tarek painting and laying tile! Fun. He acted his age this time around. I'm glad, 'cause he is damn easy on the eyes and I don't want to see him leaving any time soon.
It pissed me off that the "Girls'" section in Synergy's room was all pink and purple. Why does girl automatically equal pink? Seriously. It was so very Barbie Dream Corner.
The reward segment brought tears to my eyes. I love when they have the rewards that involve the yuppies helping others.
