We went to the local high school to sled with Jeff and Sandy today. I had a lot of fun, even did a faceplant into the snow. It was obviously cold, but there were lots of people out. Jeff seemed like a little kid when he got to get on his sled and go down the hill. They came back to the house after sledding and we had cheese and wine and chatted in ( Read more... )

SNOW update: it has now been snowing all day, we are up to about 6 or 7 inches. I have yet to go sledding though. Dad and I have been rearranging the small living space that he has so that it is more comfortable and you can actually HANG downstairs without being in the kitchen or bathroom. SCORE.

I feel like a six year old on Christmas waiting for all this snow to hit, so I can go sledding. I can't wait. I haven't been in almost 10 years. It hasn't hit upstate yet, but I was just watching the news and they say they are already getting flurries ( Read more... )
