My Victorian Day Spa was wonderful.
The day started with breakfast in our undergarments (chemise, drawers or petticoat and corset)
Next we did a facial with http Victorian garden skin care

here we are with the mask on.
I highly recommend this product - it smells DEEEVINE and my skin felt wonderful.
Next was hair. Thankfully I had Mel to help do everyone's hair.
I was extremely happy with everyone's hair.
Next we all dressed in bustle dresses. THANKFULLY between 4 of us we managed to dress everyone with 1 dress to spare.
Photo time. The only downer for the day was that it was raining so I couldn't take photos outside in my mum's glorious garden (and then croquet at the park). But we took photos infront of the fireplace and reflections in mirrors and lounging on the sofa.
And during this time luncheon was served.
It was a very exhausting day and I wouldn't have been able to pull it off without the help of my wonderful mother (and her dress looked fantastic) and my dear costuming friends.
I thought that I wouldn't do it again as the organising of it just about drove me crazy (NOT one of my natural abilities) but I had such a wonderful day that I really would do it all again.
BTW this was at my Mum's house which is just the most perfect setting for a Victorian day.
