RIP Patrick Swayze.

I have such fond memories of watching his movies with the gang in junior high. And as a little girl I found Ghost to be a scarring movie, but Dirty Dancing was legendary. :(

I think this is an absolutely gorgeous tribute to John Hughes. Speaking of which, I was sad to hear he died. I was born in the 80's, so I had Home Alone as a kid, Sixteen Candles as a junior high kid, The Breakfast Club as a high schooler, and Ferris Bueller's Day Off as a senior. 1. Watching the Olympics here has been so much fun! No commercial interruption during the actual Olympics! And the Japanese have been a lot of fun.
