Today it is Yom Kippur Katan, the Jewish Festival before the new moon. It is a day to look back to the month that is past, in order to start with a clean slate when the moon begins a new round.

I went to the Cesar therapist this morning. I am trying to sit on a big rubber ball. For ages now I am trying. It is a struggle, I get pain, pain and pain again. My muscles are tensed and the ball is wobbly, so that gives extra tension. The ball is meant for sitting more relaxed, while practising the muscles all the while. Yesterday I pulled the Chariot as the attitude for the leper in me (the leper in the story the Sword and the Leper). I interpreted the Chariot as the attitude in me that does not want to be a leper, that at all costs evades being a leper, therefore choosing the fast lane, staying on the horse all the time, claiming success and confidence. The supplement “Mother Goddesses and Mothers” for the lesson on the Empress is finished now. Ten spreads are in there, plus information, adding up to 36 pages.
