The trees are bare, the skies are grey and rainy, and the robins and other smaller birds are flitting back and forth and hopping along the walkway and flower beds. That alone makes me smile. Well, the new teeth aren't working out so well. I haven't worn my dentures for several days now because there's a really sore spot on my gum that's just too much to take. It's raining again today and it started with 2-3 minutes of hail. I'm glad I didn't go out like I'd planned. It's gotten really cold here.  Dashboard says it's 32 degrees now at 10:15 at night.  News said it may snow here in the Sacramento Valley.  On Interstate 50 on the way to the ski areas it's taken people several hours to go six miles.  Most of the town of Colfax is dark.  The central state has had snow, freezing/frost, hail, and even a tornado which ( Read more... )
