Biggest news from me right now is that I am being honored friday night at the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life event at Bellarmine College. This is a twelve hour event from 6pm to 6am, where teams raise money and promise to have a team member walking a race track at all times. so clearly, it involves staying up all night or camping out. first off, sorry for the lack of updates. saw my doc last week, and he literally told me to "party on." (yikes. doctors should never try to be cool. ever.) had chemo on monday. i am now on a two weeks on, two weeks off schedule. this should be an improvement. at chemo i met with a doctor before treatment as always, and he noticed a slightly swollen ( Read more... )

had a lovely weekend. saw two of my friends' bands play. hung out with lots of enjoyable people. drank He-Brew Beer: the Beer of the Chosen People. drank wine. ate food. almost managed to sleep in. went to an art opening for a new non-profit called Art Sanctuary. it very pleasant all around ( Read more... )
