Sunday, Just got back from Church.  The Priest gave a very pointed talk about what is expected from Catholics who wish to keep the title of being Catholic.  Many people say they are Catholic, politicians especially, but do not practice their own faith and thus are not Catholic.  He also made a good point about how laid back and quiet as a people we ( Read more... )

I am caught up and finished with my Christmas shopping!  Tuesday morning I sat down and finished wrapping everyone's present.  So now I can focus on just cleaning up the house in time for the rest of my family (two sisters and a future bro-in-law) to get here on Friday.

For Easter Sunday, I found a Catholic Church (St. Mary's) near my university.  Ussually I go to Church on campus (The Newman center), but for Easter I want something more.  Its very close to campus too!  If I like it I think I'll be going there from now on each Sunday.
