Nothing is better than walking around the LRCS (Local Retail Craft Store - I just made that up) and making a few odd purchases. I've finally decided to purchase some ginormous hooks. I purchased an S-hook and a Q-hook. I plan on making the 5 1/2 Hour Throw in Lion Brand Suede, which I have renamed the

I just finished my most recent baby afghan; however, I had to rip out the last bit when I realized there was an unsightly hole in it. It wasn’t exactly a twisted stitch. I ripped it out and put it back on the needles last night but I was too tired and disgusted to do anymore real work on it. I was all ready to start on a new project for myself.

I've had my eye on a new yarn by Lion Brand called Cotton-Ease. I really like cotton but washing it can be a bit tricky.  I haven't purchased any of it yet but I might use it for one of my sweaters. Has anyone tried it out yet?
