How many times have I celebrated my birthday on LJ?
Time flies; I'm already 39 years old, yet I feel like I'm still the old me. I'm super grateful, though, to be alive, healthy, at peace, and living comfortably accompanied with my family and friends.
Happy birthday to me!

Taxing Weeks
September was a busy month for me because I found termites in my room, Dad's room, and some parts of the house. I had to rescue and organize two big boxes of books and a closet full of clothes and then clean up my room.

Bye Bye August
I was going to write a new post at the beginning of August, but my internet suddenly died. It took eleven days (and four complaints to CS) for the internet to get back to normal because that's how a state-owned enterprise rolls--irresponsibly and sloppily. After that, I kind of lost my mood and procrastinated until today.

Hello July!
July is here, and it's been two months since my last post. The pandemic is getting worse here, what with the Delta variant and the herd stupidity of the people in this country. Fortunately, I'm still healthy and sane.

It's Already May Again
Three weeks have passed since my last update, and it's already May again.
I had a week of me time while Dad went to visit his siblings, and it's quite refreshing. Life went back to the usual after that, and I found myself get irritated easily. Maybe I started to get cabin fever, maybe it's just Dad who irritated me with his negative comments, ( Read more... ) -
Older Me
I missed last week's update because I didn't know what to write. Days just passed by, and when I tried to recall them on Sunday, there's almost nothing memorable enough for me to write about.

Frustrating Week
What I remember from last week were making a "balance sheet for dummies" illustration for the bosses, whom decided they wanted to count the money in their own way and then hounded me about why the amount was different that the one stated on the balance sheet, and suffering from mild food poisoning.

Productive Week
Should've updated yesterday but I wasn't in the mood ┐(￣ヮ￣)┌
I spent Monday and Tuesday working and also set a record for the longest workout time in a day, which was 40 minutes! I guess I needed to vent all those nerves.
Wednesday, I rewarded myself with iced latte with extra shots and ended up not being able to go to sleep early (╯_╰). It got me ( Read more... ) -
Sitting Too Long
I spent this week nursing my painful lower back and butt, which was caused by sitting too long. Other than that, it's been a rather peaceful week, especially since Dad sulked for two days and went outside to avoid me instead of watching irrelevant videos with sound on at the same table as me.

Busy Days
My March started with cleaning up my room after the serviceman had come to clean my AC. After that, I got two days of peace before getting hounded with questions from my bosses. In the end, I still had to go to the office for a meeting today, which, thankfully, was quick.
