Lost my phone, found my phone, didn't see Geoff because my phone had no battery, saw my mum but that was pretty distressing, took out my anger with cancer on my front garden which as a result now has much shorter grass and may be upset with me. Got really lonely last night and couldn't settle to anything. I would've been OK if I'd had my book with me but I left it at work by accident. Whoops. He's said that a couple times lately when I've been down, he's offered to stay over and hug me (and I told him it wouldn't be appropriate) and he's just been really considerate of me. Texted Geoff yesterday to say I couldn't see him today due to having to work through things on my own. He replied at 1.22 this morning saying to take all the time I need and he'll see me soon. I replied saying "Soon. Need sleep".

Dr Virdee says the nausea is a reaction to the tablets. And also probably to eating nothing but bread for three days. I realised that wasn't so good for me when I stood up, felt dizzy, sat down, and felt like I was falling.
